  1. PURPOSE

With the opportunity that has presented itself with the roll out of the NBN, the Federal Governments has taken the initiative to allow small and medium enterprises (SME’s) and the community to understand and gain the opportunities that exist via the “Get Connected” program. This has led to the proposal of the “WanJoo Internet Gateway Project”.

OnPoint Consultants have been given the contract to develop a Project Concept document that allows the stakeholders (Internal/external) a clear definition and understanding of the scope involved in delivering the WanJoo Internet Gateway Project.

On completion this this project Concept document, the information gathered will be used to aid the decision making process regarding likelihood to take on the WanJoo Internet Gateway Project and initiating the project.
