ABSTRACT
Procurement is an action of achieving price, quality, time and relationships with the suppliers. Suppliers are essential in order to improve on the service quality and to obtain a better and faster acquisition. It is momentous for both suppliers and organization to understand the needs and wants of each other in order to improve. This research explore onto the methods that are used in small organizations. We have analyzed the processes to compare and contrast between three micro organizations in Procure To Pay (P2P). Supplier identification and the selection process are compared and the similarities and differences are as stated in the report. Stress testing tables are done for comparison with a list of risk mitigation of each individual organization.
