SUBJECT: Determining which occupations will have the largest growth over the next 10 years.

The report you requested on which occupations we need to recruit for personnel is complete.

Your concern for our ability to fulfill client needs in the immediate and distant future is one, that I believe should concern all here at Careers Plus. We profess that we are capable of filling the need for any personnel our clients require and should therefore be prepared to deliver.

With respect to this claim, my research has raised the following industry super sectors to the top of the consideration list:

• Education and health services

o educational services

o health care and social assistance

• Professional and business services

o professional, scientific, and technical services

o administrative and support and waste management and remediation services

Within these super sectors are hundreds of occupations, only a few of which represent the majority of growth projections.
