Organizational cultures are the values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization.
Organizational culture usually includes an organization's expectations, experiences, philosophy, and values that hold it together, and is expressed in its self-image, the interactions with the world outside , and an organizations future expectations. Organizational culture is based on many shared attitudes, beliefs, customs, and written and unwritten rules that have been developed over a period of time and are considered very valid. Organizational cultures are also called corporate culture, organizational cultures are shown in all the ways that an organization conducts their business, the way an organization treats their employees, customers, and fellow managers and leaders as well, the way that an employee’s freedom is being used in the decision making, and the development of new ideas, and the personal expressions of how the power and information flow through its formally ranked group , and how committed an organizations or businesses employees are towards objectives that are collected.
