ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY
A leader is able to gain the respect and loyalty of others. Leadership is developed through training, education, self-study, observation and experience. This leader will be developed by successfully managing a team of employees and gaining experience in many areas of the department. It is important that these leaders think outside of the box and receive instant and extremely direct feedback as we are trying to build leaders of the next generation. It is important that they are receptive to their team and they must be able to respond immediately to ensure the future success of the organization.
OUTCOMES
1. Leaders will be more prepared to address the concerns and needs of their team members.
2. Leaders will be able to boost and maintain moral.
3. Leaders will focus on identifying and the development of new leaders that will one day replace them by monitor their professional development.
4. The qualities and behaviors of the leaders will improve.
5. This will bring about improvements in performance management.
6. Leaders will have a new understanding of the importance of his/her job.
7. Leaders will effectively learn various managing styles to handle various people and situations.
8. Leaders will be able to effectively interact with others.
9. Leaders will be more confident about their ability and actions.
