1. Matrix Organization Structure:

    The company can use the Matrix Organization theory to solve their problem.

    The Matrix organization is a type of organization that can combine employees from different departments together to achieve one particular project successfully . All the employees will respond to two different managers, those being the project manager and the department manager.

    To do this, the company has to change their one-department-style by simply setting up more departments like the department of human resources, financing, marketing, etc.

    Also due to the current organizational structure the company is not able to keep their new hires because they have not paid enough attention to these people, an example being the marketing hires.

    If they develop departments first, then by linking the programmers and the marketing researchers together through meetings, the person who will do the marketing job will no longer feel that he or she is being ignored.

    By doing this the company can retain their laissez-faire/easy going mentality of the organization, while still retaining their new hires.

2. Line-and-Staff Organization structure:

  The company Ze Target can also potentially use the Line-and-Staff Organization theory to solve their problem.

  The Line-and-staff Organization theory is a structure that combines line departments and staff departments. Line departments respond to the company's core operations. Staff departments support line departments by providing the necessary support and advice to help with the project.

  Ze Target is now facing the problem that they cannot keep new hires so they are currently unable to satisfy their dream
