Personal Branding Plan

At an early age, I knew that I was met to help people to ensure they feel safe in the decisions they are making. Which help me make my first decision to join the United States Army where I was a Human Resource Specialist for five years. I was one of the first people saw before they join the unit they were assigned to. I was the one who help them make the right decision when they were choosing the insurance ensure then that they will be fine, and they will enjoy their units. I love enjoy putting smiles on their faces to show them that someone does care about their outcome. Knowing that I'm there to answer any question that they may have to put their worries at ease it what make me feel great about myself and sleep at night. I was that soldier who did not rest until she got everything done for the NCOIC (Non-Commission Officer) and the companies with the battalion. I was a soldier who had to have all the paperwork, and if anything were missing, I would go crazy. I was that soldier who paperwork had to be in order and the soldier who looks out for other soldiers.

To be perfectly honest I never thought about companies I would like to work for until this week assignment and this marketing class. I know for a fact that I love to help people and heard about how I can make their lives earlier. I have to consider the companies I would like to work for a teen pregnancy shelter known as Jannie R. Jackson or Room at the Inn of Triad, domestic violence shelter Safe Harbor. Each of these companies is about making an enjoyable experience for the women and children it allow them to know someone care about them and is there for whenever they feel unsure or unwanted.

Where being an employee that these establishments will not make you wealthy but it would allow me to help people who feel like they are not at the end of their rope. Being the face that cares allows the women to know that someone out there cares about them and want to see them succeed. Workings at a teen pregnancy shelter and the women seeing a face that cares gives them a sense of protection that they thought they lost when they found out they were pregnant. The Room at the Inn of Triad shelter does not only focus on the teen while they are pregnant, but they also help after the birth by providing shelter, food, clothing, case management, and transportation this gives the teen a sense of security. The Room Inn Focus on the mother as a whole not just being a mother but caring about yourself as a person . The shelter would give me a chance to let the girls know that they are not by themselves and that they can do anything if they just stay focus. It would give me a chance to stand by their side
