The Courts
The symbol is lady of justice ( she is blind cause she don’t look at who is faceing her but she just listen and sword is power and scale is representing balance justice )
- 24 District courts (every city in Denmark) but if some of the small one don’t like parties u can appeal at High court ( 2 High courts) but u can go also for supreme court but u have to have approval from the part of government (after u re not satisfied with high court –not so much possible )

3.Casual link (all connected link between and during event/injury)
4.Foreseeability
5. No general justification defence
This 5 have to be fulfilled than the tortfeasor is Liable.
- Loss
Must be economical loss ( we can’t say that we take emotional damage it is impossible in Denmark )
The loss have to be proven :
- no sentiamental value
3.Causality
There have to be link between all event leading before to the injury for example - car carrying with fishes in few fish fall out rom car pedestrian falls on this fishes and break her/his leg
