We have also here in Denmark Constitution this is number one everywhere !

• 24  District courts (every city in Denmark)  but if some of the small one don’t like parties u can appeal at High court ( 2 High courts) but u can go also for supreme court but u have to have approval from the part of government (after u re not satisfied with high court –not so much possible )

SO if we have accident with a car and a pedestrian

There is always question of insurance AND WE  have to find out which and who have which insurance

There is injured party ( pedestrian) ←------→ Tortfeasor ( who caused the accident , car )

5 conditions that must be met :

1.loss

2. basis of liability

3.Casual link (all connected link between and during event/injury)

4.Foreseeability

5. No general justification defence 

This 5 have to be fulfilled than the tortfeasor is Liable.

1. Loss

Must be economical loss ( we can’t say that we take emotional damage it is impossible in Denmark )

The loss have to be proven :

• no sentiamental value

3.Causality 

There have to be link between all event leading before  to the injury for example -  car carrying with fishes in few fish fall out rom car pedestrian falls on this fishes and break her/his leg
