At the very outset, I would like to thank TNS, for the permission to undertake training program and provided me with the basic infrastructure facilities.

This project would not have fulfilled its purpose hadn’t it been guidance and all support given to me by various people of the department. This project is the result of the cooperation of the officials of Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) without which this project would have been incomplete.

I would also like to thank MR.J.K. PRADHAN, Head of Data division, New Delhi for his kind acceptance of our request and cooperation without which we would not have completed our project successfully.
