1.0 Introduction
Stress has become a common term in the current society, when our body poses challenge or threat, it is a stress. It is a normal psychological and physical reaction that directly linked to the increasing in our demand of life. Once the stress is gone from our body, our body will automatically return to a relaxed state.
College life can be very stressful. To students who currently attending college, the process is often stressful and frustrating. They might face competition for grades, conflict with group mates, parental pressure, stress on assignments and many others aspects of the college environment may cause them stress.
It is a critical period for college students where they will enter adulthood. They are expected to be the top in the society. Therefore, they should improve their stress management abilities so that they can have a healthy life when they entering the society. Although could not stop stress from coming to us, but we can control it from become more serious by stress management. Stress management is an important tool that helps us to have lesser stress in our life. However, they must not only adapt themselves to the new environment and new life but also be familiar with many new things, people and events. Thus, understanding the factors of stress among them and how they going to cope with the stress are very important.
This report is based on the findings of a survey conducted between 28 October and 31 October. 20 sets of questionnaire were distributed. Responses from student at Han Chiang College have been gathered and compiled. Recommendation has also been given on how to minimize the stress level among Han Chiang College students.
2.0 Findings

(a.) According the survey, result is carried out of 20 students at Han Chiang College. From the result, it was found 80% of students which is 30% of students strongly agree and 50% of students agree that they have found stress on exam. The other 20% of students found that this factor is considered as neutral to them. Besides that, none students disagree with this factor.
(b.) Based on survey, result shows that 60% out of 100% students agree they found stress during their assignments and there are also 15% of students strongly agree with this factor. Same as factor (a), 20% of students feel that it’s neutral to them when doing their assignments. Only 5% of students choose disagree to this factor.
