Introduction about Sales Department

At *** , we tend to create medical solutions for numerous diseases. Our aim is not just to give treatment to patients but also to diagnose and prevent the ailments from spreading. To achieve this goal, it’s important that we (healthcare professional) receive correct and timely information about each illness case. Once we develop a medicine we seek to distribute it in the market. Our sales department takes the responsibility of introducing, distributing and expanding the market share.

Do you have a medical degree? Are you people oriented? Are you a negotiation expert? Can you build consumers’ trust? If “yes” then you should consider joining our company.

Job Description + Responsibilities of a sales representative

At ***, sales goal is to attract new customers and to retain old ones. To create CRM (customer relationship management) and to do market research and analysis. To differentiate the product and to gain competitive advantage. In addition, a sales person should be capable to perform presentations in front of health experts in order to increase awareness.

To promote our products, salespersons meet with specialists and healthcare professionals to inform them about the new developed medicine and to remind them about the current ones. Pharmaceutical sales reps should be skilled to perform informative presentations. Thus, they should be well informed about the product and familiar with the technical words. They should be able to point out the risks of a certain disease and to describe the benefits of the medicine and how it can be a remedy .

Work Environment

Sales representatives always go to hospitals, clinics and doctors’ offices during working hours. They may travel to other countries to introduce our products to a new market.
