Samsung is the world’s leading brand in electronic sector of the market but for the company as huge as the Samsung it is bit difficult to maintain its standards towards everything especially customer satisfaction but there is one more problem they have to face which is how to manage the global environment? But Samsung came up with some brilliant ideas to face some these problems as they started manufacturing ecofriendly products Samsung’s management policy guides and supports the continuous enhancement of greener environment through all their business activities which includes manufacturing designing processing etc. Samsung is also a leading brand in creating smartphones and the reason behind it is they always came up with something new and innovative every year which differs Samsung from every other smartphone creating brands they always keep on upgrading their designs and their cellphones. Yes Samsung is still the global leader because they continue to satisfy their users and successfully maintain their standard they made affordable products which helps them in increasing their sales that is the basic reason for Samsung to become a global leader. Companies like apple Huawei LG and other smartphone making companies changes their strategy to compete with Samsung and to bring its sales down and also to remove it from the global leading tittle. Other companies opted strategy like lowering down their products price giving away free product substitutes providing better service or releasing higher specification phones or other products in low price comparing to that of Samsung but still Samsung manages to maintain its standard and position as the global leading company.
