One of the cases in Prague
Last week I went to Prague to friends. And you will not believe if I say that in almost institutions had terrible service. I especially want to highlight one restaurant. This restaurant is called "Kolozeum Karuna". This is a beautiful restaurant located in the center of capital city the Czech Republic. I wrote "the beautiful restaurant" because the design of the restaurant at the highest level and the tables furnished remarkably. We were greeted and seated at a special table for 5 persons. And so my first impression was good and I expected more. Mistakes began when we ordered. The waiter was so careless that mixed up our orders. When we told him that the order is wrong, he got angry and changed our order with discontented face. It was only the first problem. Then we ordered water individually, but for some reason he brought us water in one pitcher. We asked him to change and bring us individually but that he said "We have not provided this." We put up with it. And in the end we wanted to pay everyone is for himself. We asked the waiter to bring us separate checks. And guess what! He brought us a common check. This time one of my friends could not resist and said that we were asked to bring the separately check. Instead, he asked us to come up to the counter and there through the computer he considers us separately. We went. We decided not to give him a tip. When we paid was a lot of pennies. He was such a sour face took the money from us and even said "Why give so much trifles?". I was very angered his behavior, I decided to write about it =)
My story about Ritz Carlton
I have not yet met the service is better than when I was at home in Kazakhstan. Since the beginning of the semester, I watched all the services and to be honest a better service than the Ritz Carlton I have not met. The case of the Ritz Carlton happened last spring. My sister had a wedding in one day with my birthday. I certainly was present at the wedding from start to finish.
The wedding was held in the banquet hall of the Ritz Carlton. This was my first visit there. Previously, I did not even interested in this hotel. During the celebration of the wedding, I once said that I have a birthday today. The waitress, who is heard immediately reported his manager. And guess what ?! They gave me a surprise in the form of a cake with candles and expensive champagne. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked. Himself manager of this hotel came and congratulated me and even made a gift on behalf of the Ritz Carlton.
