As we all know Omantel Company is a huge company in Oman as it’s an old government telecommunication company that is part of telecommunication ministry. In the old days Omantel was fixing telephony but after a while it started to operate entity and that was last year as mobile communication is a completion to them with other mobile organization. It has powerful infrastructure in Oman plus covering the entire country with its telecommunication including its many remote rural areas. It has a lot of offers, which is mobile telephony service, value added service Internet service and international inter connection.
Every organization has its own career planning and Omantel career planning is: to increase the top line and grow, to get customer loyalty, high performance, to provide training for managers that can let them complete the company process and company should analyze the results plus make endorse to the market, as well as to establish employees performance pointers and implement the performance management system that may chutes the company to develop career also identify key skills that is needed in each role to provide opportunities for career development and the most important thing is work on what they believe is the best of their brand, culture and business plus run the company as they always do.
Moreover company tries to develop strategies that may support career planning and development in all levels. Their target is for individuals and teams.
