                        EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

        Our aim to do this report is, to elaborate the stages of consumers to purchase hair shampoo. To choose a suitable hair shampoo seem is a hard issue for people, nowadays. Since there have a lot of brands and types can be purchase. However, choose hair product have to be carefully, because it may not suitable to all consumers. In this assignment, we would like to discuss about a popular brand which buyers would like to buy. Besides that, the hair shampoo that we have chosen is to against a problem that normally Malaysian face. Our report begins input, it is separate two external influence which are firm’s marketing efforts and sociocultural environment. Next, we would like to discuss how buyers make decision making, through a few steps: need recognition, prepurchase search and evaluation of alternatives. Lastly, is output, how buyers make purchase and try new product whether match satisfaction. In every product, there will have some ways to improve. So, we have given some recommendations to our topic. Last but not lease, the last part in our assignment is conclusion.


                                        Introduction

        In this assignment we will be choosing a hair care product which is Sunsilk. In Sunsilk that have a lot of serious but we more focus in the pink colour serious “Smooth and Manageable”. “Smooth and Manageable” is helping the people who have dry hair problem. One of our group members she has an experience when she still in secondary, that time she was using Rejoice hair care product and the product make her hair become dry hair. When she recognize her hair problem she would change to use Sunsilk, after sometime she dry hair problem was solve and become a healthy hair. Therefore, the most significant that makes a purchases decision which is the hair care product it’s suitable to our hair or not to avoid we waste money and kill our healthy hair.
