Salvage
When raw materials or supplies are caught on fire and are damaged or destroyed, any items remaining that can be salvaged, or used, should be stored in a backup location until normal operation resumes. During this time, any materials lost in the fire will be accounted for and tallied up to measure the gross loss and net worth of the goods needed to fulfill the orders and or future orders issued during the day of the fire and incident.
Cancelation of Orders
All presently placed orders are to be postponed, canceled, and a statement should be issued to all customers that a delay will be placed on their orders with a statement, email, or letter informing them of any changes that may impact or delay their items. These orders will then be transferred over to another facility to have them completed. If the orders can be processed or completed by another facility and no delay is required on our part the order shall be completed and fulfilled by that facility and no statement will be required.
