Imagining that I am the owner of a small manufacturing company which manufactures a commodity, widgets. Further, my widget is a clone of a nationally known widget. My company’s widget, WooWoo, is less expensive and more readily available than the nationally known brand. Presently, the sales are high; however, there were many defects, which increased costs and delays delivery. However this problem has obviously been remedied for a number of reasons. We identified some key issues which include the following: employee working conditions, motivation of a minimum wage worker,

Par 4: Based on this theoretical structure, I plan to motivate my workers in the following three ways:
- Clearly, there needs to be some form of communication between those who are on the front line and those who are perceived as empowered..... (Explain how this fits your theory here. One sentence)
