a) Market test

√ Degree of Actual and Potential Competition

① Rivalry among Existing Firms: Generally low. Because this market is almost new blue-ocean, is increasing at 20% per year.

② Threat of new entrants: Generally low. Because there are only one or two specialized systems available which are designed to address particular aspects of technical analysis or to address specialized areas of the fixed income market.

③ Threat of substitute products: Generally low. Because the technical is considerably specialized and software is especially hard to substitute other products.

√ Bargaining Power in Input and Output Markets

④ Bargaining Power of Buyers: Generally high. Because this is not essential goods, this point makes bargaining power of buyers high.

⑤ Bargaining Power of Suppliers: Generally low. Because this market is almost blue-ocean, they have burden that they should be emphasized about need of their product and create a bigger demand.

b) Management Test

In order to apply Management Test in this case, I consider some factor. Below is a list of some of the major competency areas associated with this test. Based on Appendix Ⅱ, I classified Managers respectively depending on their characteristics.

1) PROBLEM SOLVING -Identifies and analyzes problems; uses sound reasoning to arrive at conclusions designs and implements new or cutting-edge programs/processes.

2) LEADERSHIP -Inspires, motivates, guides and directs toward goal accomplishment; coaches, supports, mentors, and challenges subordinates. Inspires others by modeling high standards of behavior and by applying these values to daily behaviors.

3) DECISION-MAKING - Makes sound and well-informed decisions, commits to action, even in uncertain situations in order to accomplish organizational goals.

4) INTERPERSONAL SKILL - Considers and responds appropriately to the needs, feelings, and capabilities of others

5) HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - Empowers people by sharing power and authority; develops lower levels of leadership by pushing authority downward and outward throughout the organization.

6) COMMUNICATION - Expresses facts and ideas both orally and in writing in a succinct, clear, accurate, thorough, organized and effective manner.

7) TEAM BUILDING - Manages group processes; encourages and facilitates cooperation, pride, trust, and group identity; fosters commitment and team spirit.

8) CONFLICT MANAGEMENT - Manages and resolves conflicts, confrontations, and disagreements in a positive and constructive manner to minimize negative personal
