e) To deliver new items Rondell Data Corporation is relying upon functions like production, sales, research, engineering service and administration of departments. Every function has a particular and remarkable contribution.

The goal of production department is to limit the cost of manufacturing. It can be achieved by acquiring product from engineering design department for simple and reasonable assembling. This adaptation is for enhancing the technical efficiency.

The sales department is focusing on providing customers new and inventive products to hold their business. It’s also trying to minimize transportation delay for timely delivery of products. One of the other function of sales is to optimize customer satisfaction by realizing the need for change also adapting to changing environment. It also supplies data to R&D department that helps to develop and modify the items as per customer wanting.

R&D discovers innovative methods for enhancing existing items and making new items. Some of its units are attempting to enhance the assembling procedure to lessen expenses. But the main function of R&D is inventing new products. Research and development leads to inconvenience by bringing new advancements into the plan procedure at a precocious stage. Its introduction is toward long-run item development.

Engineering service’s responsibility is to facilitate and incorporate exercises. It takes information from sales and R&D, changing needs of clients and generate the final product outline. It sends these plans to production department which outlines procedure to deliver products economically and effectively. Its introduction is to enhance the potency of in-house systems.

The control department monitors acquiring and utilization of materials. Its target is to enhance the   usage of resources.

The role of all the departments are similarly critical as without each other’s coordination and cooperation the viability and development of the organization isn't conceivable.

f) The Sales individuals are taking their issues specifically to design department. The Production group as often as possible tossing back outlines at R&D, guaranteeing they couldn't be created and requesting the prompt consideration of that specific engineer. Both the dissensions from Sales and Production should be settled by Engineering Services. This flat approach causes confusion in the work aspect of the departments.

Casual connection between senior employees shaped the foundation of the company's everyday operations as the directors depended on individual relationship. Rondell took pride on a family convention but then appeared with a culture of uncooperativeness among its distinctive divisions. The contention between the established esteems and that had created later were extremely obvious in the conduct of the employees at Rondell. There was little collaboration, as well as fault was put on others for the present absence of progress.
