This book is the best-selling business novel that introduced the theory if constraints and changed how America does business. Besides, many other countries use this book to teach the effectiveness in the business. This book has the all the material that we learned in the class. It is attempt to show that we can utilize the material and explain how we the people use it well and properly. It is easy to understand because it is not the theory book but novel. Besides, it has wonderful story that we can focus on the novel.

1) In the book, they tried to avoid bottleneck phenomenon in their factory. It is the material that we learned in first module. It comes from performance of entire system. According the “the Goal” and the text book, bottle neck cause ineffectiveness in their work and it also cause big problem in whole system of factory. Actually, they did the best for more output but it causes the problem in the factory. It means, working hard is not the correct answer for the effective system. They have a lot of stock and it drives factory bankrupt. In the book, they reduce the working in other parts of factory. So, bottle neck could be reducing because they lower level of working. In my opinion, bottleneck effect can make whole system by one chance. So, it is important to care about the causing bottleneck and find the way to make that effective in real situation.

2) In the future, I think, the Bottleneck effect goes worse. Frankly we cannot make every single process have the same level of output. Some system can be finish in 3mins but others can be finished in 3hrs. It means, they will have bottleneck effect in the future. This kind of problem will be caused every system that can produce the goods. However, we can relieve this problem with the time control in the system. As I mention above, working hard is not the correct answer. Working hard cannot make best profit and effectiveness in the system. However, bottle is not the problem only for the
