Since tourism is a very sensitive industry, even a single day closer of the resort will have negative effect on the company image and reputation. However leadership capability of its Chairman Mr Arjun Prasad Panday Resort management was able to settle the case with many round of negotiation with employee.
During this negotiation a number of decisions were made in the favour of employee. One of the major decision was charging ten percent service charge on food and beverage bills in the resort restaurant to the tourist and not accepting any tips from them .Thus distributing total sum collected at the end of the month according to level and salary scale of individual employee. This decision helped to bring feeling of belongings to all the employee of the resort as increase in business of restaurant and resort means extra income for them at the end of the month.
