Another important way is training and improving the technical skills of the staff. Each business has the different methods; however, they will generally organize short courses. These courses are arranged twice a year, and each course usually lasts over two months. It’s definitely hard for them to have enough time and money to do a big training program. As a result, the companies need to make up their mind what the extremely essential skills are, what the benefits will bring in the future… The experts chosen to lead play an important role in the success of the courses. The old staff can also be teachers, because they have knowledge of business operations as well as professional experiences. Besides, the appropriate teaching materials which the staff take during the course will become the valuable source for the companies. The organizers have choice in the ideal place where the learners can study effectively. It should be equipped with a computer and a slide projector, which helps not only the trainers teach more clearly but also the trainees understand more easily. In addition, the training program should not be limited only for new employees. If it is for all the staff of the company, they will maintain necessary skills, as well as constantly develop professional factors and raise their team spirit. In order to understand the operation and to take pride in their business, they are also participated in the internal training courses and trained within the daily work regularly. Furthermore, the company funds the employees to work and study abroad to enhance the knowledge and skills annually.

The employees trained effectively are the key to the success of the companies. Therefore, training is one of the primary missions nowadays. It not only makes staff improve with technical skills but also shows the concern for the benefits of both companies and staff.
