The company’s business has expanded considerably in the past years giving the need to expand its production facility in order to accommodate the district operational needs.

This report aims to provide the management with the summary of this project to ensure its success. It outlines the project techniques used, the organizational structure, the project administrative team, and project risk and change management, the project performance and status as well as the summary on whether the project is achievable within the stipulated time and resources available.

Organizational structure

Organizational structure is an arrangement of activities like tasks, communications, and authority in an organization. It determines how roles and responsibilities are assigned and the flow of information from low level to top level in management. The organization structure of Trillo Apparel Company is functional in nature. The project manager is the head of this organization and is responsible in overseeing all other operations. The project manager is the executive manager and makes all the major decisions.

The organization is divided under different departments all headed by one person who is the functional manager. The functional manager is the one who coordinates and leads the team in its operations and also reports to the project manager.
