Throughout the chapter titled “Knowing Yourself” derived from the novel On Becoming a Leader by Warren Bennis

The chapter derived from Warren Bennis’s novel On Becoming a Leader titled “Knowing Yourself” provides a fine insight as to how one may break out of the mold constructed by society and emerge as a leader. This decision to separate one’s self from the conventional ideas of expression can begin at any stage in life when they first display independence in their being. allow themselves take charge over their own being.
