Daily the business environment undergoes a metamorphosis as extensive global operations, diverse customer preferences, rapid technological innovations, and continual change in the competitive markets. In today’s rigid corporate environment, organizations need to be open to change and improvements on their processes to ensure continual operations and survival. Business should be consistently subject to evaluation of their business processes, services, products, and operations.
