摘要 从20世界90年代以来，随着经济全球化的进一步发展，国际间资本的流动越发活跃。近些年来，中国作为最大的发展中国家已经成为FDI的首选区位。在2002年，在跨国直接投资规模持续下降的背景下，我国却跃居全球吸收FDI第一位，达到了527亿美元。在FDI逐步缓解了经济发展中的资金瓶颈之后，越来越多的学者开始转而研究FDI的注入能否带动东道国的技术进步。 进入90年代以来，这一领域的研究开始逐渐从FDI的技术溢出效应转向对东道国技术同化能力的研究。但是学术界并没有对技术溢出的同化能力形成一个系统的理论框架，各个研究还是分散的，凌乱的。对东道国技术同化能力的研究无疑是对FDI技术溢出效应研究的创新。他为学者提供了新的视角来看待FDI的技术溢出效应：对于东道国来说那些因素可以影响其对先进技术的同化吸收，这些因素又是怎么样影响东道国的技术同化能力的。 对于我国汽车产业而言，这些因素与同化能力系数的关系是怎样的，这些因素对于同化能力的贡献又有多大。企业如何利用这些因素与同化能力系数之间的关系来寻找利用外商直接投资的有效途径，怎样通过这些因素来提高企业内的技术同化能力，以及政府怎样通过制定的政策来促进国内企业提高对FDI外溢技术的同化能力。新的视角对于这些问题而言无疑具有重大的借鉴意义。因此本文便选用了FDI技术同化能力为视角，并且以我国汽车产业为背景进行分析以增强文章的实际应用效果。 在内容的安排上，本文共分为五个章节： 第一章导论，主要指出了本文的研究背景，和国内外对于同化能力研究的回顾，让读者对于同化能力的研究有一个大致的了解。 第二章与同化能力相关的理论，主要从技术差异与人力资本两个方面的理论进行介绍，并在第三节补充了一些基于其他因素的同化理论。 第三章我国汽车产业的现状，先从人才缺乏和资金缺乏两个方面论述了我国汽车产业技术同化能力的现状。之后粗略分析了技术外溢度、市场结构与集中度、劳动生产率和人力资本结构对我内资企业技术同化能力的影响。接着介绍了Cohen和Levinthal技术存量模型，并通过该模型对我国企业产业的技术同化能力进行量化，并计算出了相关的同化能力系数。 第四章利用回归模型测算各要素对同化能力的贡献，选取技术外溢系数，人力资本结构， 市场结构，相对研发密集度和外贸依存度为研究指标，并运用STATA软件建立回归方程，通过回归方程系数来分析各因素对同化能力的贡献大小。 第五章提高技术同化能力的建议，从加大研发支出，重视人力资本作用，提高金融市场效率和加大知识产权保护四个方面来提高我国汽车企业的技术同化能力。 关键词：技术同化 技术溢出 人力资本 外商直接投资 Abstract Since the 90th of the 20 century, with the development of the global economy, the international capital flows has been more and more active.
