A business can flourish only when all objectives of the organization are achieved efficiently. For efficiency in an organization, all the people of the organization must be able to convey their message properly. Effective communication helps us better understand a person or situation and enables us to resolve differences, build trust and respect, and create environments where creative ideas, problem solving, affection and caring can flourish. Critical thinking is the intellectual disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing and evaluating information gathered as a guide to an action.
A good relative of mine is a great example of a successful man who built his own future from scratch using his skills and became a very successful person.

Even though he didn't have the chance to enter college, he started his first business by exporting alcoholic beverages to different cities in the Arabic Gulf, although there was lots of barriers along the way (due to alcoholic prohibition in some Arabic countries), he introduced himself to the important people there and was able to start his business. Briefly he faced lots of problems, they even closed his business for some period of time in a country, but he did get up on his feet and continued, then he opened a five stars hotel in Lebanon and a big project in Dubai.
This man knew what he wants, and knew that he can’t live his whole life in the same social class, he needed to get higher, to become more successful and to gain people’s trust and respect. Now he’s one of the biggest business man in the Arab world and especially in Lebanon.
