Warm Greetings!

 

We at quick heal have always strived to be the best place to work. Over the past few years, we have introduced a number of policies to benefit our employees and make us more productive. With the introduction of initiatives like WFH policy, we wanted everyone in the company to work in their own style and at their convenience but we identified some problems with the policy and would like to revise the same.

Many of you might be aware that FY15 results are out and we have not been able to achieve our desired growth of 5%. This in turn effected the market sentiments and ultimately resulted in a decline in market valuation of the company.

As the interim CEO of this company, it is my responsibility to bring the company back on track. One of the main reasons that we believe lead to the decline in growth is low productivity of teams. For an innovative company like quick heal, team work is most important. Most of us tend to get diverted when working from home. As per research productivity of employees decreases drastically due to disturbances at home. And also to become the best place to work, communication and collaboration will be crucial elements. That is why it is critical that we work from our offices. Some of the best decisions and insights come from impromptu meetings and casual cafeteria discussions. Speed and quality are compromised when we work from home. We need to be innovative, and that starts with healthy discussions.
