We are, now, in the world that there are conflicts occurring anytime. Those conflicts perform in different forms, such as personal oral conflict, physical conflict, even battles among groups. People work to find out the resolutions when they are in a conflict, however, generally it is often difficult to solve conflicts being in powerful. Firstly, the difficulty on conflict resolving is when there is a powerful emotions people who are in the conflict. Secondly, conflict can be difficult to resolve because discrimination can occur between different religious groups. On the other hand, Conflict can be by compromising to each other. (Lastly, different loyalty extent can also cause conflict among a group of people who have same belief.)
Firstly, conflict is difficult to be resolved when there is interpersonal conflict about how wars should be fought. An example in “The boy in Striped Pajamas”, it shows that Ralf had conflict with his wife Elsa who is warm-hearted women. There is scenario showing black smoke was floating up into the sky and stink smell was released. It indirectly illustrated that Nazi burned a group of Jew’s bodies and were enacting genocide on Jews. When Elsa saw smoke, she clearly expressed panic and pitied. But Ralf did not care about it at all. So did Ralf’ minions. When Ralf said that she believed this too and she also wanted this country to be strong, she was yelling reply “No, No, Not that” with pain. “How could you…” She continued with tears in eyes. Then Ralf stopped her and spoke out “because I am a soldier. Soldier fight wars!” Elsa was shocked by the response of Ralf because she was a person with compassion, while, Ralf was a German Nazi soldier that killed Jews in cold blood. In entire process yelling with Elsa, Ralf failed to show any pain or regret.
Secondly, conflict can be difficult to resolve because discrimination can occur between different religious groups.
Lastly, it is easy to resolve the conflict as long as both of two part are going to apologize to each other.
(Lastly, the attitude from diverse people to one belief which they all show loyal to is another example of difficulty of conflict resolution)
The Introduction is really good. Only the last sentence forgot to mention that compromising means that conflict resolution can be easier.
Your body paragraph is getting better but you need to explain a little more and link back to the question at the end of the paragraph. Don't retell what each character says so much. Also, I wouldn't say that Elsa was 'excited'. She was shocked by Ralf's response. Explain the difference between Elsa's views and Ralf's views more and I think the paragraph will be quite good.
