How can you define happiness? Happiness is simply the state of being happy. Happiness is an overwhelming feeling that makes us feel alive or inspired. Happiness is a combination of how satisfied you are with your life and how good you feel on a day-to-day basis. Happiness is a feeling of pleasure, enjoyment, and contentment about a particular situation or event.

According to the general term, happiness is the state of being happy. It is also a state of well-being and contentment. One example is that you are happy with everything that is happening to your life. When you are happy, petty problems and situations usually do not disturb you, but when you are unhappy, you feel as if everything is against you. Simple things like receiving gifts on your birthday, winning an award or medal that you worked hard for, being successful and many more makes you happy.

The next one is from the thoughts of other people. They say, “Happiness is a combination of how satisfied you are with your life and how good you feel on a day-to-day basis. The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being.” Seeing other people happy makes us feel happy, right? We all know that happiness comes on all at once, bringing an intense feeling inside of us. Therefore, we tend to spend more time with the person that makes us happy. But unfortunately, there are some people who were actually afraid of being happy. They believe that happiness is always followed by pain or sadness. But where does this fear take you? In order to gain happiness, you must fight the battle. You can't live your life in fear of what can go wrong. You need to go out and live your life to the fullest and know that you’ll be happy, even if something doesn’t go the way you had planned it to.
