Job Search

I’am approaching to the end of my university course and I need to start my job hunt. In the beginning I am going to make my personal inventory and to decide on the order of priorities in my future job. And after that I will launch my effective job-search campaign.

I want to start my job search with Internet, because the contemporary employers prefer this way to put job announcements on the sites such as job.ru, rabota.ru. Also many companies put information about their needed positions on their own sites. If the company is very big, you have a chance to get a good job, because they always widen and need new workers at new places.

I will connect with the State Employment Service too. Their staff called me more than once and proposed help to me. I believe that they can give me some interesting proposition.

But I know from my own experience, that the Networking is the most effective method especially in Russia. I address to family members,business acquaintances and social acquaintances. It’s very important to explain to people what kind of job you need and your preferences. For example: my second job was proposed to me by my ex-boss. And the third one was provided by my relative. Choosing this way you should remember that people, who promote you, risk and you should justify their expectations.

In the end I want to say that the most important role for young people without experience plays the good luck. With its help you will be able to get a good job, but for holding this position you need to have an excellent professional skill demanded for this post.

I believe that a fortune will smile to me and I will find my dream job that will be able to realize all my professional ambitions.
