Every human being goes through tough times in life. Most struggles people face are either internal or external . External struggles or outside of a person are invented and issues we cannot control. We cannot control a war in afghanistan, total destruction of the rainforest, or how much david letterman makes. Internal struggles are about our emotional make up. Internal struggles are the emotions we feel inside. What we can control is how we can handle it. It is a person's reaction to conflict that will determine his mental state. People who have difficulty in life are the people who cannot handle their internal struggles. Our toughest struggles in life can be with ourselves.
A big conflict that leads to inner problems is financial trouble. For example if someone has to pay their credit card bill then the bank crashes so then the payment increases and increases. After about two weeks the bill has doubled and the person is stressed out. The person could go to a financial planner instead they sit there and feel bad about themselves. Another example could be a family’s car payment, kids tuation, mortgage, etc. Parents argue about money all the time and this has an impact on the kids.
Worrying, stressing, and fighting are a big part of family. Although it happens in every family sometime people will not take the situations too well, for example; A family member passes away and another family member will be in pain, and upset. When family members are upset they’re no fun to be around, they are always depressing and bring a depressing moods wherever they go. Also when the person is in this state of mind they don’t think of getting help, they only think of ‘what if”.
Furthermore a big struggle in ones life is relationships. Many people can’t have handle conflicts between friends. In fact this one of the biggest internal struggles of teenagers. For instance when two teenage girls get into an argument
