4.0 Staffing 

Our company, MayaBank Berhad has 50 years experiences in banking field and our team has been part of MayaBank for 15 years. We have organized up to 10 successful charity events in the past 10 years. Some of the well-known charity events like "Colour Run", "MayaBank Fun Run" and so on. Other than that, our team has organized the "Beauty and the Beach Charity event" which lead our company to won the Global Corporate Social Responsibility Award in the year of 2012. 

This project will be headed by Ms. Chong Ton Lin, our project leader. Ms. Chong has 9 years experiences in organizing events and she holds a PhD in Public Relations in Harvard University. Moreover, she has the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP). 

Working together with her is an elite team of 3 dynamic and cooperative people who have vast experience in event planning, advertising and so on. The first team member is Ms. Tan Khai Wen. Ms. Tan had graduated with Bachelor's degree in hospitality and has more than 6 years experiences in planning and organizing events. She has even won numerous awards for the events that organized by her.  

The second member is Mr. Yap Kok Khai. Mr. Yap has 4 years experiences in advertising and 3 years experiences in organizing events. He had attended various types of workshops in the past 7 years to improve on his knowledge in these fields. Furthermore, his expertise is in creating creative and innovative advertisements and events.  

The third member in the team is Mr. Wong Jun Kit. Mr. Wong is a creative and hardworking member that has 7 years of working experience in event planner firm. Before entering MayaBank Berhad, he has been working for Great Eastern Life and Petronas. One of the most successful events that he had plan for Great Eastern Life is “Jay Chou Invincible Concert Tour 2016 Malaysia” that held at Dataran Merdeka which contain of 20,000 fans in the concert.
