1. During the writing process revising take places when you read over your paper it see if there is logical sense and to see if the paper has good organization. When we revise by adding, and restructure our paragraphs to make sure we have added enough supporting details that backs our thesis statement. In contrast to the editing process where the writer look at the mechanics of the paper. During editing the writer looks for spelling errors, punctuation, missed up words, and other grammatical problems.
A) It is very important to revise before editing because if a writer jumps right into editing the writer might miss the chance to see if their paper has logical sense and if the organization might not be there.
2. According to Murray, writers become most concerned with words they are using at the very end of the writing process. A writer will go sentence by sentence to see if they chose the correct word and to see if the word the picked acting has the correcting meaning to make that sentence coherent with other sentences.
A) “Language leads to meaning” by this Murray is stating that if writer is willing to further expand their writing he or she will discover new words ,and technical skills that the writers has never used prior to writing.
3. Murray defines “information” as pieces in writing that helps construct a readable piece of writing while Murray defines “meaning” as specific information significance.
A. Information is accurate and interesting and a writer must have an abundance writing to make their good writing a superb. Meaning is specific information within the information provided that builds pattern that carries readers to the comprehension of meaning.
