We know that it is very different between people’s appearance and inner mind. Because people can’t state their stresses from work, they indicate their angriness by hitting the machine or having a nightmare at night. So people cannot concentrate on their work naturally. Therefore job performance is deteriorating and they will hear nitpicking from upper or boss. But they cannot quit their job right now. People who want to quit job have to have a regard for other people’s feeling and if they are fired, how could they earn money immediately? Instead they will continue their jobs due to uneasy future. Eventually it is consecutiveness of vicious circle. Although lives are like the Mobius band, they got jobs because first they had their goal and dream.
I think that business’s fault results from treating employment badly. Even though business goal is profit, employment makes profit, not business. If business gives suitable motivation and goal to people, they show their changes steadily. I don’t know why people see finger when indicating moon. As we know knowledge from class about Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, people can be concerned with higher needs after lower needs are satisfied. Ironically people work to satisfy their higher needs but business puts a strain on their lower needs. According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, people are caught in a trap by themselves due to business’s ambition. So! I think leader’s role is very important. People or business can be changed variously by leader’s command and capability. Only if you cannot see people as a machine creating profit, it is more important that leader motivates employment to have crucial meaning. Of course, I don’t know it is available like movie that each character expresses their negative mind to steal money and set fire to firm. Deduced from Two-factor theory, if leader injects factors to motivate people, effort to themselves will become business’s overall outcome and result.
