Teaching is one of the most important careers in the society today. This is because all other professionals pass under the care of the teacher. The teacher is the ultimate mentor of all other careers. No, matter the position one holds in the society it is because he or she had a teacher who coached them into what they are. Good teaching is not about technique. A good teacher is about connectivity. A good teacher is able to relate the subject with the other disciplines and the environment. (Palmer, 1999, p. 27)

Teaching is one of the most difficult professions of all. Despite this, being a teacher who can inspire students at all times should be the goal of everybody inspiring to be a teacher or those who are already teachers. Problem centered method of teaching is the best for students who have hearing disabilities. This is because they will spend more time doing and trying out new ideas and not listening, as they are impaired. This method of teaching and learning demands for collaborative learning and student centered learning.
