The attached report discusses the problem that Microsoft have and give the implementation of how to regain the customers and reputation. The implementation can increase the profits for Microsoft in future years.
This project was designed to seek what disadvantages and advantage that Microsoft have, and how to get rid of the disadvantages, then transform the advantages.
- Comparing about the software and hardware with other company.
- Imitating what Google did before on the operating system
- Taking the surveys of how feeling that employees and customers have.
- The effect of implement the following plan.
Secondary research consisted of various scholarly sources from online articles, online publications. The results of this research, discussed more fully in this report, indicate how Microsoft is in recent year, and how to improve the benefit and productivity.
