With that being said I am gonna delve into individual differences the three main characters had in the movie.

Emotional intelligence (how constructively and maturely one carries him/herself or interacts with others) played a big role in shaping the characters in the movie so I will be discussing that

Then I will touch upon self monitoring each character displayed (the extent to which an individual observes his/her own behavior and adapts it to the demand of the situation)

Also, abilities (stable characteristics responsible for a person’s maximum physical or mental performance) and skills (capacity to manipulate objects) of each character will be highlighted

And to sum it up I will elaborate on personality dimensions (basically the aspects of character’s personality or personality profile) of the characters that were eminent in the character from the movie.

Moderately showed self-management because he was not fully able to exhibit emotional self-control.The reason is that when is bashing his girlfriend online that does not show emotional self-control, he just lets it out. However, does not get distracted by his emotions when starts working on facebook and shows motivation. Controls disruptive emotion and impulses eventually.

He is minimally transparent because he does not fully take Eduardo into confidence since he does not tell him that Mark has been working with the Winklevoss brothers until both receive a legal letter, also cleverly dilutes Eduardo’s shares without letting Eduardo have any idea. Does not display integrity/trustworthiness
