Some people prefer to choose big cities as a place to live. Others, however, tends to select small towns as a place for living. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Since the beginning of time, accommodation has played a major role in all societies. In a modern society, people always face the dilemma to choose either metropolitan or rural areas for living. This problem is the much debated one in that it affects everybody in their daily lives. People may prefer one to another, although some may have no opinions about it at all. Before rendering my opinion, I think it is necessary to take a glance at the arguments of both sides.
There are many reasons why some people prefer big cities as a place to live. Most important companies have located in the municipal areas rather than countryside so more job vacancies are available to be filled. In big cities, inhabitants have easy access to recreation amenities such as parks, clubs, cinemas and trade centers. Urban population has credible education centers at hand. Access to health care varies across countries, groups and individuals, largely influenced by social and economic conditions as well as health policies in the place so big cities have more health care at service.
On the other hand, there are some arguments in favor of living in rural areas. Some people tend to live in village because it can provide pollution-free air, which is enriched with oxygen. Inhabitants of rural areas can learn to free their minds from stress, worries and negative thoughts, and enjoy a state of inner peace in their life. They can be away from the hustle and bustle of modern life while enjoying certain rustic charm. Some people look for a place that is off the beaten path and is not well-known to the general public. In contrast with metropolitan areas, your time doesn't waste in the daily transportation in village because everything is within a walking distance.
