In social psychology, self-assessment is the process of looking at oneself in order to assess aspects that are important to one's identity. We are assigned to select and complete three self-assessment tests. Afterwards, the task is to produce a short report including a description of each selected self-assessment test, followed by a detailed description of the results and then stating out where the evaluated results might have an impact on my behaviour in a workplace situation. Finally, I summarize my main impressions from the given exercise.
