We have a lot of different languages around world such as English, Spanish and so on. If you are planning to study abroad, the earlier you are exposed to the language the better. The international language that’s used today is English. Here are some advices on how to successfully learn a new language; reading books, communicating with native speakers, and an interactive website.
Reading books is the best way to learn any new languages. You are being exposed to new vocabulary when you are reading books. For example, a word usually repeated many times in the story, so you may search the meaning of this word from dictionary for the first time. After that, you will have a memory about the meaning, and how to pronounce the word exactly when you speak it out loud. After that, you are easy to recognize the words, which you have just picked up from the book, and they will stick on your mind. Moreover, another benefit when you read books is the improvement of grammar skills. The authors had to edit all grammatical errors or chose the best words to use in their book before it goes into publishing. Therefore, you should focus on grammar, which the writers used in the sentence, and try your best to remember about what you got from the books.
Another way to learn new languages is through communication with native speakers. Reading books is the first step; however the real test is when you are able to communicate with native speakers. For instance, people, who were born in different country and moved on another one to live when they grew up, always have a heavy accent when they speak a second language. Therefore, sometimes no one can understand about what they are saying. Then, their confident decreased and they become more and more introvert which lead to a lack of communication with native speakers. For this reason, if you create for yourself a habit like talking with native people as much as you can, they will help with the pronunciation when you are communicating
