Vietnam Manufacturing and Export Processing (Holdings) Limited ("VMEPH") is one of the leading manufacturers of scooter and cub motorbikes in Vietnam, which currently ranks third among the principal foreign-owned motorbike manufacturers. VMEPH Company is oriented good at marketing activities which it focuses on the customers who are at the top of the company chart. It works to understand who its customers are and what the customers want, and every organizational strategy and practice supports a long-term approach to the vendor-customer relationship. Instead of pushing products, the organization tries to identify and provide solutions to meet customers' needs. Continuous reading and analysis of the marketplace enables them to adapt, promote, and differentiate its products and services
The principal business of the Group includes production of scooters and cubs. This paper will examine and analyze the elements of marketing orientated organization for vmeph .explain the various elements behavior for the product business in Vietnam, identify the marco and micro environmental factors in our country which might influence the company's marketing decisions. Beside that we will give some factors which will influence the choice of targeting strategies for the company's product. Give some development strategies in Vietnam and finally explain how buyer behavior for the product might affect the company's marketing activities in the two different markets.
