Subject: Web Conferencing Programs
The purpose of this memo is to inform you about the variety of web conferencing programs available to our company. Web conferencing will give us the ability to communicate with all of our branches regardless of their time zone. Web conferencing will not only save the company money, but time as well communicating with other departments.
I have researched some of the best web conferencing programs available today that our company can benefit from. These programs I researched were Adobe Connect, Cisco WebEx Meeting Center, Citrix GoTo Meeting, and Fuze Meeting Pro. All four of these programs stack up nicely, offering advanced collaboration features-whiteboards, application sharing, file hosting, audio and video conferencing with support for phone-based users, and hardware-agnostic browser-based interfaces. Here are a few comparisons of these programs:
