History

Vichaivej International Hospitals Group was established since 1987 under the former name of “Srivichai Hospitals Group” and the company name, “Srivichai Vejvivat Public Company Limited”. It has been serving people with the best of orthopedic specialty for 30 years and also provides the general medical services in all branches of hospitals, mostly located in West of Bangkok. We have passion and commitment from the bottom of our hearts to deliver high quality medical care and service to both local and international customers as to ensure their physical and mental well being, with our warmly and authentic Thai tradition. We are committed to being the leader in international standard of medical services with the aid of modern technology and advanced medical equipments, although currently being one of the leaders in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

To reflect our commitment, we entered into Thailand’s Stock Market in 2012 with the genuine name of Vichaivej International Hospitals Group together with new “V” shape logo and slogan of “V care V cure V can” whereas “Vichai” is the name and “vej” means hospital. Our founder and president of Vichaivej International Hospitals Group, Associate Professor Dr. Vichai Vanadurongwan, is one of the most respected Orthopedic surgeons in Thailand, currently serving as the President of Association of Sports Medicine Thailand, and Vice President of Asian Federation of Sports Medicine. Under his corporate vision about establishing excellent health-care service that is both efficient and ethical, many highly respected and internationally reputed orthopedic surgeons of Thailand join with us to form prestige teams for each specialty of bone surgery such as spine surgery, bone and joint replacement, hands reconstructive surgery, arthroscopic surgery and so on.
