A Strong Central Government

Part of the constitution being established when it was made was to make a government that was different from others. They wanted to make a government that was very much stronger then it was before. Part of doing to there had to have been some foundation from the amendments made. The first second and third articles are basically the back bone of the whole foundation of the constitution. After reading them they show that the government was trying to form power with in to have balance of power throughout the land.
The first article of constitution has to do with the legislative branch. The role of the legislative branch is discussed in Article I. The legislative branch includes the House of Representatives and the Senate. Together they are called Congress. Members of the House of Representatives are often referred to as members of Congress, but Senators are always called Senators. (www.scholastic.com 2006) Furthermore it sets the guide lines as to what the House of Representatives actually dose and what it takes. Taxes are set by congress and established to make money for the government. Not paying taxes can result in criminal proceedings. There is a limitation to the power that congress has but overall congress goes along the established laws of the constitution. It takes proposed laws from the people of the land makes them in to a bill and helps to make the land a better established system as the years go by. Sometimes laws get enough popularity to change and they vote on change. Over all the power of congress is what makes the government run.
In the second article of the constitution there is the Executive power. The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years,
