Customer Feedback
Introduction:
This particular situation revolves around customer feedback wherein the customer returned the product and the executive is calling for his feedback.
Executive 1: Hello sir I am calling on behalf of company X. You have purchased a product from our website and returned it. I would like to ask you the reason behind it.
Participant 1: You have some guts to call me. You want one; I can give you a thousand.
Executive 1: Can you please name some?
Participant 1: Your product is pathetic and your services & operations are even more miserable. You think consumer is a fool and let me tell you the feeling is totally mutual. In fact I think you should shut down your company. Are these sufficient?
Executive 1: Sir can you please be specific?
Participant 1: I don’t give a damn. I cannot be more specific.
Executive 1: Thank you for your time sir. It was a pleasure talking to you.
Participant 1: Go to hell.

Performance feedback
This situation has two types of performance reviews, both positive and negative.
Positive
Manager: Hello X.
Participant 2: Hello sir.
Manager: I guess you know why I have called you over here. It is time for your yearly feedback.
Participant 2: Yes I know sir. I hope it is good.
Manager: Your performance was good for most of the year but you have not taken up anything apart from it. So basically your performance was unsatisfactory. You will not get any bonus and you will receive a minimal hike. I hope you perform better next year.
