In this customer service oriented era , the relationship between  customer and company need to be healthy to survive in competition and for this workplace writings should be adequate in order to involve interest of customers in the Brand .These days companies use emails,blogs, text messages and many  other forms of communications to engage them.

     Companies update their customers with communication on ongoing basis by providing them information regarding offers and and new schemes that build their interest in company and moreover they feel that company really care for them which leads to loyalty .

      Instead, we need to create ongoing engagement between the sales team and the customer-success team. The customer isn't always looking for financial reward, but often to have a personal relationship with someone who checks in from time to time and who is easily accessible, should they need something. It's all about the human element.

Ask top customers to join you for guest speaking opportunities when possible. Make it easy for the customer to participate: Cover their travel, create the content and send a thank-you gift. Demonstrate how much you value your partnership and provide a no-pressure touchpoint for engagement. An added benefit: While highlighting the customer, expand your brand reach.

    Customer communities are also helpful in this socializing world as customer community on the site where different customers can discuss about the services of company as giving them opportunity to raise voice and be a part of decision making.

All these things make them feel as a part of company and also that company  really cares for them it will uplift their commitment,engagement and loyalty towards company.
