The best solution is to have the managers agree upon one set of high expectations. Twitchell has to keep Kravitz and one set of expectations among managers will bring everyone to one set of goals, and will not cause any misunderstanding and resentment. Also, in this scenario objectives would likely be met and each manager would thereby achieve desirable results.
Implementation
The first step in implementing a new plan would be for Chuck Taylor to state his expectations clearly when initially reorganizing the team.
