HR Babies,
I do not know if you will have the interest or the time to read this but, first, I want to thank you all for participating in our first event as an organization and for coordinating with us to make this event successful. Thank you for existing babies!
I will not say that the event was a perfect one, I do not want to be a hypocrite, yes, but over all it was a success. We were able to execute the plan we formulated. We achieved the objectives of the event. We were able to relay the message, the information we aim to pass on to you. Were you satisfied with it? I hope you guys are.
I also wanted to apologize for being emotional after the refreshment talk. It just affected me too much to the point where the tears just started falling uncontrollably. I was deeply moved by the presentation. I realized how hard things are, especially for us, as a starting organization, and for the officers as the people in charge of the development of the organization. It was hard to come up with ideas and plans on how to associate the organization with a good reputation. It was hard to come up with plans if you have limited sources to fund them. It was hard (kinda) to connect with people in and out of the organization. It was hard to hear other people mock the organization you belong in. It was hard to accept the tone of their opinions, as if they know the struggle we are facing. At first it was actually funny to hear them, but as the path grows more troublesome, I realized how wrong they are.
People always have their own way of destroying another's belief. But what we need to understand is that no matter how hard the journey is, as long as we are all helping one another, nothing will be impossible.
