• Manufacturing
• Operations
• Sales and marketing
• HR
• systems
• Administration
Characteristics of an organizational system
• Open communication
• Supportive work environment
• Open mindedness
• Physical health
• Creativity and flexibility
• Autonomy
Every components of an organization has its own position in the organization with unique functionalities. For example finance do the work of allocating funds to the operations; HR manages the human resources etc; systems provide the necessary information to the organization. But every components contribute to attain the objective of the organization( Profit). if any one of the components deviates from its function then it is not possible for an organization to survive. For example if finance dept stopped allocating funds/ if production dept stops manufacturing then it will lead to the deterioration of the entire system. it has a monitory or measuring centre which monitors; guides and controls the functional variations of the other systems. Here in an organizational system the administration department does the monitory activity. It is to check for deviation from the mean.
Political system

It manages the operations of a government by maintaining order and sanity in the society.
It is a set of formal legal organizations that constitute a government or state.
